Since we are a custom uniform manufacturer, our policy is different from regular e-commerce:

No Return / No Exchange for Custom Orders:
Uniforms made with your custom size, color, fabric, and logo embroidery cannot be returned or exchanged as they are made specially for you.

Eligible for Return Only If:

• Wrong product delivered (wrong size / color than ordered)
• Manufacturing defect or damaged during transit
  You must report within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video and photos on maabhagwatitextiles@gmail.com.

Process:
Once approved, we will replace the defective piece in 7-10 working days. No cash refund for replacement cases.

Refund:
If order is cancelled BEFORE production starts, 100% refund. If cancelled after production starts, no refund. Refund if eligible will be processed within 7-10 working days to original payment method.

Bulk Orders: Please check size chart and fabric sample carefully before placing bulk orders.
